Automatic on provision

New tenants get API_KEY, SESSION_SECRET, HUB_SECRET, and INSTANCE_ID injected into Railway automatically when you provision them. You do not copy secrets into each tenant by hand.

Integrations (Xero, Shopify, SAP sync): hosted tenants see Connections only (Connect / Disconnect). Standard automation (invoice push, PO import, Shopify sale sync) is pushed from this hub on heartbeat. Adjust platform defaults via GET/PATCH /super-admin/api/integration-policy (ops role).
